I’m Heidi Huiskamp Collins and I’d like to welcome you to Huiskamp Collins Educational Planning, LLC, a resource for all your queries from career planning to college choices to making sense of the FAFSA to investment, saving and tax planning to make college more affordable for your family.

I have earned the prestigious and nationally-recognized credential of Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS) from the National Institute of Certified College Planners and am the only financial advisor to hold this designation in the state of Iowa and am one of three in the state of Illinois, the other two being in the Chicagoland and St. Louis metropolitan area, respectively. I also have 40 years of active investment experience and almost 20 years as a licensed financial planner.

As your trusted guide, I bring compassion, expertise, experience and a real passion for education to the table to support your family through all the ups and downs of the college planning experience.

Integrity and providing excellence are my “North Stars”. My clients are my family and you have my promise that I will treat you with dignity and respect, working to provide the very best outcomes that we define together. I run my practice as a fiduciary and will always put the interests of your family ahead of my own. I don’t care where you live or how big your bank account is.
